Director & Founder
Julia founded SMPreciousPets early in 2019 after many years of being a pet owner. She ensures that all pets in our care feel comfortable, happy and relaxed in a safe and familiar environment. With a working background in customer service management, she places great emphasis on excellent customer satisfaction. Julia currently owns two rescue Pugs (Wally and Tilly) and a senior Cavalier King Charles Spaniel (Barclay).
Angie
Customer Service Assistant
With a background of many years working as an Air Hostess, Angie relishes the opportunity to provide the highest level of customer service. She has two dogs and understands the importance of providing peace of mind that your pet(s) are in the best possible care whilst you are away. She enjoys speaking to customers and ensuring that the full process from the initial enquiry to the courtesy call runs smoothly.
David Edrop
Business Proccess Manager
David has a skillset in both content development and process implementation. He ensures all aspects of: the website, customer service process, social media and feedback provider are running smoothly and efficiently. David also has a background in operations and is currently completing a degree in Psychology. He loves spending time with pets and often goes on Sits and Visits.
Lynne
Human Resource Adviser
Lynne has previously worked in Human Resources in the NHS. She ensures that all of our sitters are thoroughly vetted and that our recruitment process runs smoothly. She also implements and updates policies and procedures. Lynne has been a pet owner for many years and takes great satisfaction in working for the company.
Robert Edrop
Customer Service Assistant
Robert has just completed an English and Journalism degree (BA Hons) at Cardiff University. He is a real animal lover and relishes the opportunity to ensure that all pets experience the best care possible! He has a fine eye for detail and thoroughly enjoys implementing our bespoke matchmaking service. Robert also loves spending time with pets whilst on day visits / holiday sits.
