Julia Edrop
Director & Founder
Julia founded SMPreciousPets early in 2019 after many years of being a pet owner. She ensures that all pets in our care feel comfortable, happy and relaxed in a safe and familiar environment. With a working background in customer service management, she places great emphasis on excellent customer satisfaction. Julia currently owns two rescue Pugs (Wally and Tilly) and a senior Cavalier King Charles Spaniel (Barclay).


Michelle
Executive assistant
Michelle has a background working as a personal assistant and medical secretary. She has worked in the NHS, a school setting and for a large telecoms company. Having grown up with dogs, she is a true animal lover and very much looks to maintain the company ethos. She enjoys speaking to customers and ensures the full process from the initial enquiry, to the courtesy call, runs smoothly.


Angie
Customer Service Assistant
We are delighted that Angie has joined our team recently. With a background of many years working as an Air Hostess, she relishes the opportunity to provide the highest level of customer service. Angie has two dogs and understands the importance of providing peace of mind that your pet is in the best possible care whilst you are away.


David Edrop
Business Proccess Manager
David has a skillset in both content development and process implementation. He ensures all aspects of: the website, customer service process, social media and feedback provider are running smoothly and efficiently. David also has a background in operations and is currently completing a degree in Psychology. He loves spending time with pets and often goes on Sits and Visits.


Lynne
Human Resource Adviser
Lynne has previously worked in Human Resources in the NHS. She ensures that all of our sitters are thoroughly vetted and that our recruitment process runs smoothly. She also implements and updates policies and procedures. Lynne has been a pet owner for many years and takes great satisfaction in working for the company.


Robert Edrop
Administrative Assistant
Robert is in his final year completing an English and Journalism degree at Cardiff University. He often works either remotely, or in our office during the holiday periods. He also enjoys providing high quality care and attention when on sits for our customers.
