At SmPreciousPets we understand how important arranging pet care is for your precious pets! We aim to return all quote requests within 2 Working days and pricing will based upon the answers you submit.
We will always match our sitters based upon your requirements, location and any preferences or requests you may have. All of our sitters are: fully vetted, DBS checked, insured and have been through a rigorous onboarding and interview process.
We offer a one-to-one, bespoke service, tailor made to your pet's requirements. Pet(s) are often most content in their own home. Our sitters ensure that your pet will be: happy, calm and comfortable as we fully follow you and your pets routine. This is why we ask detailed questions, to make sure your pet receives the best possible care!
Our sitters will leave your property clean and tidy as they found it. They will bring their own food for the holiday sit and will follow any guidelines with food restrictions you may have. We typically: put out bins, water plants and take in deliveries. Your sitter can keep you up to date with lots of photos, videos and messages - ensuring you have complete peace of mind that your pet is in the best of care!
Once you are happy to proceed, we will begin the 'Match-Making' process. Once a suitable sitter has been found, we will arrange a free of charge visit (some of our sitters charge travel costs) where our sitter will meet you and your pets.
Only after this visit, once both you and your sitter are happy with arrangements, will we request a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. After this point, you will be directed to our forms page where you will complete, sign and submit your form to ensure we have all information necessary.

Please Note: if off-lead walking is required, your dog must have excellent recall and our sitter will need to carry out a one hour, chargeable off-lead walk with you.
